Nick Martin has worked in roofing and construction since 2012, building hands-on experience in project management, business ownership, and the insurance claims process. After personally selling and managing more than 4,000 roofs, he founded Acme Roofing & Construction LLC to give property owners one accountable team from the initial inspection through construction and final completion.
His claims experience spans residential, multifamily, and commercial properties, including complex large-loss claims. That background provides a clear understanding of the documentation, damage assessment, and detailed scope insurers expect. We do not file claims simply to see what happens; each claim is carefully evaluated and supported before moving forward.
Our disciplined process has produced successful outcomes in roughly 90% of the claims we have handled, although every property and policy is different. Today, five dedicated roofing crews serve homeowners and businesses across Greenville and the Upstate with on-site supervision, straightforward communication, and written workmanship warranties.
